THE EXTREME STYX TRIBUTE SHOW

Imagine you, your family and friends are transported back 30 years and are one of the lucky few to experience a live performance of the ORIGINAL STYX! This is what Rockin’ the Paradise is all about; the chemistry, the passion, energy and note-for-note accuracy of a legendary and historic performance up close and personal. We invite you to relive it all over again, our version, our grand illusion. . .

What began in 1970, the popular American Rock Band STYX has remained a staple on the radio domestically and internationally as one of the greatest groups in rock music and the first and only band to have four consecutive multi-platinum albums. Rockin’ the Paradise focuses on STYX’s trademark high-pitched harmonies, mixed with dual-guitar assault, solid rhythm section as the driving force of talent and influential, flashy keyboards.
Rockin’ the Paradise’s base is New York City and it takes very special musicians to take on STYX’s often intricate music in a talented area of the world. Since the band’s inception in 2009, Rockin’ the Paradise fills venues to capacity with crowds standing, cheering and singling along to some of the greatest Top-10 hits of all time: “Come Sail Away”, “Lorelei”, “The Best of Times”, “Renegade”, “Blue Collar Man” and power ballads such as “Babe” and “Lady” and have quickly risen to the title of the # 1 STYX Tribute Band in America and one of the Top Tribute Bands in the world.

Rockin’ the Paradise’s lead singer Jim Vignato flawlessly recreates both Dennis DeYoung and Tommy Shaw’s impressive vocals and theatrics, while keyboardist John Pagliarulo thrills audiences using stacks of synthesizers to reproduce JY’s famous keys with flair and vigor. Lead Guitarists Chris Iazzetta and Mike Baranski emulate with precision the technique of the guitar riffs that made Shaw and James Young guitar masters. Rounding out this extreme tribute band, driving the beat is Dennis Deyoungs' right hand man, whom appeared with Dennis on Solid Gold, the thunderous and at all times precise rhythm section--bass guitarist Hank Horton. Famous in his own right, Drummer Mr. Sean Minardi’s rare and excellent singing vocals is indeed an honor and asset. Together, Rockin’ the Paradise truly has collective soul and gives it their all.
